विवरण	One of the objectives of Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation is to upgrade the skills of the members of the Scheduled Castes with a view to equip themselves to get employment. It has been observed that most of the loan schemes generally fail due to lack of requisite skill of beneficiaries. If a beneficiary has necessary knowledge and skills in the relevant field, he/she can run the scheme successfully, and changes of misutilisation of loan amount will also be less. Hence, necessary training to the prospective beneficiary is the most important aspect of loaning programme. Keeping in view, the stress being laid down by the Govt. of India on diversification of activities and more coverage under ISB sector, imparting training to the beneficiary becomes even more important. In view of the above, the Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation has decided to arrange training programme in various trades. Therefore, a provision of Rs. 13.20 lakhs has been made under SCA for the year 2005-2006.
